ACT Tenancy Agreement
ACT landlords, let a house or flat to a tenant with this Tenancy Agreement, pursuant to the Australian Capital Territory Residential Tenancies Act 1997.
- The Tenancy Agreement contains provisions for either a fixed term tenancy (such as 1 year) or a periodic tenancy (such as month to month).
- The Agreement contains the standard provisions set out in the Residential Tenancies Act.
- The Agreement includes the necessary clauses for units under the Unit Titles Act 2001.
