Alaska Notice of Termination of Tenancy for Violation of Rental Agreement or Law
Alaska landlords, if your tenant is in breach of the rental agreement or has broken the law, you can end the tenancy by serving him/her with this Notice of Termination of Tenancy for Violation of Rental Agreement or Law.
- The Notice informs the tenant that the tenancy is terminated because the tenant has either broken the law or has violated the rental agreement.
- The tenant has 10 days to move out, failing which the landlord can file a legal action for eviction.
- The form also includes a Record of Service form so you can record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
