Alberta Notice of Landlord
Alberta landlords, you are required to provide a new tenant with a Notice of Landlord within 7 days after the day on which the tenant takes possession of the rental premises.
- The Notice informs the tenant of the landlord's name, physical address and mailing address.
- A Service of Notice Form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
