Canadian contractors, keep the progress payments flowing by providing the property owner with a Statutory Declaration of Progress Payment Distribution by Contractor.

• The contractor must declare that all amounts for labour, subcontracts, products, services, equipment, etc incurred by the contractor for the job have been paid, except for holdbacks, deferred and disputed amounts.
