Colorado Commercial Triple Net Lease Agreement
Rent office, retail or other business premises to a tenant with this Colorado Commercial Triple Net Lease Agreement.
- The lease is a triple net lease, which means that the tenant pays for all costs and is responsible for all improvements, maintenance and repairs related to the premises including structural repairs.
- The lease contains an option for the tenant to renew the lease for one additional term.
- The tenant is responsible for paying all taxes, levies, and other charges with respect to the premises, except for the landlord's income taxes.
- The tenant must carry fire and extended coverage insurance.
