Employment Termination Letter with Settlement Proposal
Prepare a Letter of Termination for a departing employee with this easy-to-use template, which offers two settlement proposals.
- The employee can accept one of two settlement proposals, either (i) immediate termination with monthly payments of the settlement amount, or (ii) immediate termination with a lump sum payment of the settlement amount.
- If the employee chooses the monthly payment option, he/she will be required to give notice to the employer if they find new employment, and the amount of their salary will be deducted from the monthly settlement payments.
- The form also includes a Release Form to be signed by the employee.
- This is a generic legal document which is not specific to any country.
