If you wish to be registered as a member of the commonhold association, you must complete this Notice of Vesting of a Commonhold Unit by Operation of Law and send it to the commonhold association within 14 days of the date that you became aware of your entitlement to be registered as owner of the unit. This is a mandatory notice in compliance with The Commonhold Regulations 2004.
