Florida Notice of Homestead

Florida homeowners, have you filed a Declaration of Homestead to protect your principal residence against attachment, levy or sale by your creditors? If you are successfully sued by a creditor, you must serve the creditor with this Notice of Homestead.

The Notice is given in accordance with Florida Statutes, Title XV, Chapter 222, a copy of which is included with the Notice. The form also includes a Certificate of Delivery, to record how the Notice was served.
