Landlord's Waiver of Claim to Fixtures

Use this template to create a Landlord's Waiver of Claim to Fixtures under a commercial business lease.

The Waiver form provides that the landlord:

• waives any claim to equipment, improvements, accessories, trade fixtures, etc. of a tenant which have been affixed to a rental premises,
• agrees that the fixtures remain the property of the tenant,
• allows the tenant to remove them at the end of the term.
