Mexico Bailment Agreement for Real Property
If you own real estate in Mexico that you wish to loan or place in the possession of another party free of charge for a specified period of time, create a Bailment Agreement for Real Property with this easy-to-use English-language template.
- The borrower must return the property in the same condition as it was in when the borrower took possession, and is responsible to pay for any damages or deterioration.
- If the borrower does not vacate the property by the termination date, the borrower will pay the lender a per diem amount for each day the borrower still has possession of the property.
