New Brunswick Notice to Vacate

New Brunswick landlords, if you have a tenant who is behind in rent payments, serve the tenant with this free Notice to Vacate, pursuant to the Residential Tenancy Act 1975.

The Notice informs the tenant that s/he must vacate the rental premises by the date specified in the notice, unless rent is paid in full within seven days of service of the notice.
