New Jersey Notice to Quit
NJ landlords, terminate a tenant who has failed to comply with an earlier Notice to Cease by serving him/her with this Notice to Quit.
- The Notice is given pursuant to the requirements of the New Jersey Statutes and the Anti-Eviction Act.
- This Notice informs the tenant that, because he/she has not complied with the previous Notice to Cease, the rental lease is now terminated and the tenant must vacate the premises.
- If the tenant does not vacate the premises, the landlord will start eviction proceedings.
- A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
