- The vendor is responsible for completing all required transfer and re-registration requirements of the applicable breeder’s registry.
- Title to the animal will not pass to the purchaser until the full amount of the purchase price has been paid. If the purchaser fails to make payments within the time provided, the purchaser forfeits all amounts paid so far, and the vendor retains title.
- The parties agree that New Zealand laws pertaining to civil contracts will apply to the Agreement.
- If any defect or illness not disclosed by the vendor becomes noticeable within a 7-day period after the purchaser takes possession of the horse, the vendor will be liable, and the purchaser may rescind the Agreement.
