NSW Notice to Landlord of Termination for Breach of Tenancy Agreement
NSW tenants, if your landlord is in breach of the tenancy agreement, serve him/her with this Notice to Landlord of Termination for Breach of Tenancy Agreement.
- Notice is given in accordance with the New South Wales Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
- The Notice informs the landlord that s/he must remedy the breach within a specified time frame, failing which the tenant will terminate the tenancy agreement and vacate the premises.
- A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the landlord.
