NSW Notice to Tenant of Termination for Sale of Premises
NSW landlords, if you are selling a rental property which will no longer be let to the current tenant, you must notify your tenant that the tenancy is being terminated by serving them with this Notice to Tenant of Termination for Sale of Premises.
- This Notice is for PERIODIC tenancies only (e.g. month to month tenancies) and requires the tenant to vacate the premises within a specified time frame.
- If the tenant fails to vacate the premises by that date, the landlord may apply to the Tenancy Tribunal for an termination and possession order.
- A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
- Buy the form once, and use it as often as you require.
