Ontario Notice to Lien Claimant by Landlord
ON landlords, give notice to lien claimants that you intend to retake possession of a rental premises with this Notice to Lien Claimant under Subsection 19(3) of the Ontario Construction Lien Act.
- The Notice must be given for a rental property that has liens filed against it for improvements made by the tenant.
