Product Placement Agreement for Film and TV

• The supplier (licensor) grants the producers the right to photograph the product and related trademarks, logos, etc. for purposes of the film or TV show, clips and stills from the production.
• In return for being able to include the product in the production, the producers agree not to disparage the product.
• The supplier indemnifies the producer against liability, damages or claims with respect to the use of the product.
