Queensland Abandonment Termination Notice

Queensland landlords, if you believe that your tenant has abandoned the rental premises, serve him/her with this Form 15 Abandonment Termination Notice in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1994.

The Notice informs the tenant that the landlord is terminating the tenancy because it appears that the premises have been abandoned. The form includes instructions for completing and serving the Notice.
