Queensland Change of Lessor or Lessor's Agent

Queensland landlords, notify the Residential Tenancies Authority of a Change of Lessor or Lessor's Agent with this free Form 5, in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1994.

The form must be used to register a change in ownership of a property, or a change in the managing agent, with the RTA.
