Scotland Notice Proposing Terms of Statutory Assured Tenancy Different from Terms of Former Tenancy

Scottish landlords, if you have a new tenant coming in on an Assured Tenancy or Short Assured Tenancy, use this Form AT1(L) to propose the terms of the tenancy.

The Notice falls under section 17(2) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988, and is to be used where the terms of the new tenancy are different from the terms of the former tenancy. This form is for use only by a landlord.
