• The author grants the publisher exclusive worldwide rights to the work, and the right to register copyright and trade mark on the work.
• The author indemnifies the publisher against claims arising from any breach or misrepresentation by the author.
• The author is responsible for testing prior to publishing, and agrees to be available for 90 days after publication for support of the product.
