Victoria Residential Tenancy Agreement

Victoria landlords, let a house or flat to a tenant with this Residential Tenancy Agreement, pursuant to the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (including amendments to July 2003).

This Agreement can be used for either a fixed term (such as 1 year) or for a periodic tenancy (weekly, monthly, etc.) The Agreement contains standard provisions such as:

• payment and refund of the rental bond,
• responsibilities of the landlord and tenant,
• permitted use of premises,
• the tenant's responsibility for damage to the property,
• subletting or assignment of the tenancy,
• termination of the tenancy by either party.

The file includes a Premises Condition Report and a Receipt Form for rent and rental bond.
