Washington landlords, if you do not plan to renew the lease of a tenant, serve him/her with this Notice of Termination by Landlord and Non-Renewal of Lease, pursuant to the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act.

• This notice is to be used for a tenancy under a lease agreement where a specific expiry date is designated in the lease.
• The tenant is notified that the lease will expire and the tenancy will be terminated on the expiry date specified in the lease, and will not be renewed.
• The tenant is required to vacate (quit) the premises by the date set out in the Notice.
• A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
