Western Australia Notice of Termination for Nonpayment of Rent (no prior notice)
Western Australia landlords, if you have a tenant who has not paid the rent, inform the tenant that you intend to terminate the tenancy by serving him/her with this Notice of Termination for Non-Payment of Rent.
- The notice must be served by a landlord on a tenant who is in arrears in the rent payments under the terms of the tenancy agreement, and would be used only if notice of the breach has NOT previously been given to the tenant.
