Landlords, has your tenant asked for your consent to make a late and/or partial rent payment? If you decide to accept, put it in writing with this Agreement for Delayed or Partial Rent Payment.

• Thd landlord agrees to allow the outstanding rent balance to be paid by a specified date, and not to proceed with evicting the tenant until such date.
• If the rent is not paid by the date stated, the landlord may proceed with the eviction.
