Alberta Notice of Termination of Tenancy for Substantial Breach
If your tenant is in breach of the rental agreement, serve him/her with this Alberta Notice of Termination of Tenancy for Substantial Breach (other than non-payment of rent).
- The Notice is given in accordance with the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.
- The tenant is informed that s/he must vacate the premises by a specified date for the reasons set out in the Notice.
