British Columbia Marina Lease Agreement

- The lessee (tenant) will use the property solely for operating a marina, which may include provision of a marine lift, boat launch, and boat repair shop.
- The lease is for a fixed term, but if the lessee holds over after the expiration of the lease, the lessee will be deemed to be a monthly tenant.
- The lessor (landlord) is under no obligation to provide access or service to the property, or to maintain existing access roads.
