• Non-Exclusive Rights. The publisher of the music grants the producers a nonexclusive world-wide right in perpetuity to record, dub and/or synchronize the composition in or as part of the soundtrack for a film production, and to perform and exhibit the work wherever the movie is shown in movie theaters throughout North America.
