Connecticut tenants, is your landlord in breach of the rental agreement? Serve the landlord with this Notice to Landlord to Remedy Breach (for tenancies greater than one month), in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes.
- This form is to be used ONLY for tenancies with a term greater than one month.
- The Notice requires the landlord to remedy the breach within 15 days from receipt of the notice. If the landlord does not remedy the breach within 15 days, the rental agreement will terminate.
- A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the landlord.
