Employee Agreement to Work Night Shift
Employers, does your business sometimes require that your employees work extra shifts? If this is a condition of their employment, have your new employees sign this Employee Agreement to Work Night Shift at the time of their hiring.
- The employee must provide details of any circumstance which would make it difficult for him/her to work night shifts, including physical disability, illness or personal circumstances.
- Employees must indicate that they are able and willing to work night shifts.
- The employer will not schedule night shifts in excess of a pre-arranged number of times within a given period.
