Film producers, protect and secure your right to receive the amounts due to you by a distributor of your picture with this Film Distribution Security Agreement.

• The distributor (debtor) grants the producer (secured party) a continuing security interest in the debtor’s distribution and exploitation rights in the picture, and the proceeds realized therefrom.
• The secured party may exercise its security interest if the debtor fails to pay any amount owing under the Distribution Agreement between the parties.
