Maine 30 Day Notice to Quit
Maine landlords, has your tenant violated the terms of the lease or rental agreement? Before you can evict, you must serve the tenant with this 30 Day Notice to Quit, in accordance with State residential tenancy laws.
- The Notice informs the tenant that he/she must vacate the premises within 30 days from the date the Notice is served.
- If legal eviction proceedings are commenced, the tenant will be liable for legal fees and court costs.
