Michigan Notice to Landlord of Intention to Vacate
Michigan tenants, terminate a rental agreement by serving the landlord with this Notice to Landlord of Intention to Vacate.
- The notice period must be for the number of days specified in the rental agreement.
- The Notice informs the landlord that the tenancy will terminate on the date set out in the Notice, and the tenant will vacate the rental premises by that date.
- The Notice also acts as the tenant's request for return of the security deposit, in accordance with State law.
- A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the landlord.
