Minnesota Notice to Pay or Quit for Tenancy at Will
Minnesota landlords, if you have a tenant who is behind in the rent, serve them with this Notice to Pay or Quit for Tenancy at Will, in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Statutes.
- This form is to be used only for tenancies at will (periodic tenancies such as monthly or weekly tenancies), not for fixed term leases.
- The tenant is required to pay the overdue rent within 14 days or vacate (quit) the premises.
- A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
