Missouri Film Production Tax Credit Program Letter of Intent

If you plan to apply for film production tax credits under Section 135.750 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, you will need to complete this Film Production Tax Credit Program Letter of Intent.

The Letter of Intent form must be approved by the State Department of Economic Development to establish the applicant's eligibility to apply for the tax credits, however the approval does not qualify the applicant for the tax credits.
