Nevada Notice to Landlord of Breach of Rental Agreement
Nevada tenants, is your landlord in breach of the rental agreement? Serve him/her with this Notice to Landlord for Breach of Rental Agreement, pursuant to the Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
- This Notice should be used if your landlord has failed to maintain the premises in a habitable condition or is otherwise in breach of his/her obligations.
- The landlord is notified that the breach must be remedied within 14 days or the tenant will either terminate the agreement, remedy the breach at the landlord's expense, or pursue his/her other remedies under the law.
- A Service of Notice Form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the landlord.
