NSW Notice to Landlord of Termination for Fixed Term Tenancy
NSW tenants, are you planning to terminate a fixed term tenancy without specific grounds? Serve your landlord with this Notice to Landlord of Termination for Fixed Term Tenancy (no grounds).
- Notice must be given in accordance with the New South Wales Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
- This form is for FIXED TERM tenancies only (that is, tenancies which have an expiry date specified in the Tenancy Agreement ⁄ Lease) and notifies the landlord that the tenant intends to vacate the rental premises by the date set out in the Notice.
- A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the landlord.
