NSW Notice to Tenant of Termination for Breach of Tenancy Agreement
NSW landlords, if your tenant is in breach of the tenancy agreement, serve him/her with this Notice to Tenant of Termination for Breach of Tenancy Agreement, in accordance with the New South Wales Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
- The Notice requires the tenant to remedy the breach within a specified time frame, failing which the tenancy agreement will be terminated and the tenant must vacate the premises.
- If the tenant does not vacate the premises within the specified time frame, the landlord may apply to the Tenancy Tribunal for a termination and possession order.
- A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
