NSW landlords, if you operate a manufactured home estate, relocatable home park, mobile home village or caravan park, you must provide tenants in the park with this Residential Park Living Guide.

Download this free publication distributed by the New South Wales Office of Fair Trading. Landlords are required to provide a copy of the guide to tenants in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 and Residential Tenancies Regulation 1995.
