Queensland Notice of Intention to Leave by Tenant
Queensland tenants, are you planning to terminate your tenancy?
You must serve your landlord with this Notice of Intention to Leave by Tenant (Form 13), in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1994.
The Notice informs the landlord that the tenant intends to vacate the premises, with or without grounds. The form includes instructions on how it must be completed and served.
