South Australia Landlord Notice of Termination or to Remedy Breach
South Australia landlords, if your tenant is in breach of the tenancy agreement, serve him/her with this Notice by Landlord to Tenant to Remedy Breach of Agreement ⁄ Notice of Termination, in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1995 and Regulations.
- The Notice sets out the details of the breach and informs the tenant that if the breach is not remedied within a certain time frame, the tenancy is terminated.
- The form includes instructions for the landlord on how the notice is to be served.
- The Notice also includes information for the tenant on what recourse is available, and what the obligations of the tenant are with respect to vacating the premises.
