Arizona 20-Day Preliminary Notice
Arizona contractors, prepare a 20-Day Preliminary Notice with this template form, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes Sec. 33-992.01.
- The notice is issued by the contractor to the owner of the property on which the construction ⁄ renovation work is being done and sets out the details of the work and materials provided for the job.
- The notice is NOT a lien, but is intended to inform the property owner about the potential for liens to be filed in the future if all parties providing labor and materials are not paid in full.
