Arizona Notice of Commencement

Arizona property owners, if you are having improvements done to your property, give notice to all interested parties by serving them with a Notice of Commencement.

The Notice of Commencement sets out the first day that construction, improvements or renovations on the property are to begin, and gives relevant information about the contractor, the surety, the guarantor and the work to be performed.
