California 30-Day Notice to Quit
California landlords, give notice to a tenant that you are terminating their tenancy with this 30-Day Notice to Quit, under Section 1946 of the California Civil Code.
This Notice must be served by a landlord or rental manager on a tenant notifying the tenant that the lease or rental agreement is being terminated, and stating the reason(s) for termination. The tenant has 30 days to give up possession or face eviction proceedings.
