California 30-Day Notice to Quit under Penal Code Section 602.3
California landlords, give notice to a lodger that you are terminating their tenancy with this 30-Day Notice to Quit, under Section 602.3 of the California Penal Code.
This Notice must be served by a landlord or rental manager on a lodger who is renting a room from the landlord, notifying the lodger that the tenancy is being terminated, and stating the reason(s) for termination. The lodger has 30 days to give up possession or face eviction proceedings.
