Hawaii Notice to Tenant of Breach of Rental Agreement

Hawaii landlords, if your tenant has failed to perform his/her obligations under the rental agreement, serve him/her with this Notice to Tenant of Breach of Rental Agreement, in accordance with the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code.

• The Notice sets out the details of the breach, and informs the tenant that the breach must be remedied by a date specified in the Notice.
• If the tenant does not remedy the breach by that date, the landlord may either terminate the rental agreement or remedy the breach at the tenant's expense.
• A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the form is served on the tenant.
