Hawaii Notice to Tenant of Termination (month-to-month tenancy)

Hawaii landlords, if you are terminating the rental agreement of a monthly tenant, serve him/her with this Notice to Tenant of Termination for month-to-month tenancy, in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code.

This form notifies the tenant that the rental agreement will be terminated by the date specified in the Notice, and that the tenant must vacate the premises by that date. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of service.
