Alaska Notice of Termination of Tenancy for Intentional Damage to Dwelling
Alaska landlords, if your tenant has damaged or allowed others to intentionally damage the rental unit, serve the tenant with this Notice of Termination of Tenancy for Intentional Damage to Dwelling.
- The Notice informs the tenant that the tenancy is terminated and that he/she must vacate the premises, failing which the landlord may file an eviction action.
- The damage must be in excess of $400 to terminate the tenancy with this form.
