Alaska Notice of Termination of Tenancy for Illegal Activity on Premises
Alaska landlords, if your tenant is using the rental unit for illegal purposes, serve him/her with this Notice of Termination of Tenancy for Illegal Activity on Premises or Use of Premises for Illegal Purpose.
- The Notice informs the tenant that the tenancy is terminated because of illegal activities being conducted in the premises (such as prostitution, gambling, drug use, etc.).
- The tenant has 5 days to vacate the premises, failing which the landlord can start an eviction action.
- The form also includes a Record of Service form so you can record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
