Western Australia Disposal of Goods Notice
If a tenant has left behind personal property after vacating a rental unit, prepare a Disposal of Goods Notice to Former Tenant with this easy template, pursuant to the Western Australia Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
- This form must be completed by the landlord when a former tenant has abandoned goods at the rental property.
